Did you cut any unused harnesses it seemed much easier to stuff the 940bt harness into my boxster than to stuff the 950bh harness into my TT. I have to open her back up to un ground the alarm wire to the radio chassis as my car beeps when I lock it and to install the iPod cable when it comes in.

One thing I did do that was very easy (that I hadn't done on my boxster) was to install the nav antenna in the factory spot. It's very easy and I didn't even break the clips of the cover removing it. I just need to dremel a little piece of plastic to allow the cable to go through. The trim removal tools from harbor freight are nice to have to remove trim.
