Keep in mind, that's for bedding race-type pads, IMO that is way too aggressive for many street pads. No OEM car gets bedded that way, just brake easily at first, moving towards "normal", then a few aggressive stops over several drives, or 50-75 Miles. Some years ago I actually set a pair of brake pads on fire trying that process on a "grocery getter" !
