I have been a member here for 3 years and follow your comments all the time. am contacting you because I purchased a 99 911 yesterday. 25,000 miles and in mint condition. I know you also own a 911. I recently sold my boxster to purchase it. I have a question I can't find an answer to here or on Rennlist. When I am at idle the oil pressure gauge is at 2.5 but as soon as I apply power or at constant speed the oil pressure gauge is all the way to the top or 5. Is this normal or may I have a problem? Thought you could give me a quick answer so if I need to get it in quickly I can.
I'm really interested in the Robotop. Is it still available? I've gone to the site and it mentions nothing about the new version that includes the service position.
Is there any series I could do time competition's with out a full roll cage. I can't afford a second car to track. The only way I see that happening is getting a roller track car I have a good 2.7 motor I'm sitting on to rebuild this winter.
There were allot of white group drivers on pilot sport cup tires. My instructor ran them on his cayman S. but there is a big price gap between the 2 tires. He did say he was suprised by the hankook performance.
