I upgraded to the oil filter adapter and have not looked back. I have a oil filter cutter that makes looking a media a sinch. I run a longer K&N Filter... fits great and plenty of room/ clearance to ground below. Filter is still higher than AL oil pan. I run the HP-2006. You can find them everywhere- even at Wally World. Love the wrench off feature as well... run K&N oil features on all of my vehicles for this very reason.
