Dear Jake,
I've run into a problem installing a Solution, one LN's support couldn't help me with. I figured since you invented the Solution you'd know what to do. I'm having a problem getting the nut to "set" on the stud so that it can be torqued. The nut and stud rotate together, which makes torquing impossible.
