If he can't afford car insurance it's very unlikely that he owns a home. People who own a home have something to lose and therefore have insurance. Agree with everyone's comments concerning uninsured motorists, and sorry you're having to deal with the whole mess, but what's the deal with that Jeep in the first photo? Looks like he to one to the face.....
