Hello I'm Josh. I have a 2000 Boxster S. I been reading what you posted about the top speed muffler and the 2nd cat deletes. I hope you can help me. My Boxster is my daily driver and all I want it for it to be a little louder. Not obnoxiously loud I just want it to sound like a Porsche. Can you suggest a way to make it Lou's but not to loud, have no drone, and able to not have the check engine light on please. I'm going crazy lol I hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you.

Ooops, LOL, i fell into my own trap.
Got into that thread at work just now with the speakers turned up and everyone many cubes away got a good chuckle out of that including me. At least I was still on my lunch break.

Yaa, thats a great movie, I'll have to dig it up and watch it again.

Interestingly, that guy who played that role was also in a James Bond film and a couple other films I cant remember at the moment.

    Hi.
    This is funny.
You posted that hilarious video in the thread I started and it plays every time i open that page. Its so funny because I hear it several times a day as I poke back into the thread!! I crack up. I remember as a kid him on TV. Then I watch some highlights from YouTube.

Good one. Thanks for the laugh!!

Read your post about brake rotor dimensions. Was planning on having the rotors turned to clean them up for spring. Do you know why the Box S rotors cannot be machined?

You mentioned that you are in Riverside? I'd like to have a look/listen to your exhaust system if you wouldn't mind. I'm in 909 about 30-40 min west of you.

    I got it from here.

    Porsche 986 Boxster 2 5L 2 7L Boxster s 3 2L 97 04 Performance Exhaust System | eBay

It has to be an authentic "Top Speed cat back" product from the company in Addison, Texas, else you might end up with one of the other potentially ill fitting inferior look alike products from China.

JB, I saw your exhaust post and am looking to buy same but all I see are Borla exhausts for $800. What exhaust/muffler did you get for $320 and from where?

    Thanks!

    Best
    John
