I havnt done any mechanical work at all unless its part of my yearly servicing pretty much at all for the last 5 years.

Dont get me wrong, Ive had to fix a few things.. Airbag problem, Window problem, heated seat problem, alarm problem... But havnt talked about that as its not so exciting.

I trust my local Porsche shop to tell me if I needed to do anything. I did the oil separator 3 weeks ago after leaving a mushroom cloud in my driveway, but thanks to all the great posts here I figured out what was wrong quickly. Called Porsche who came and picked the car up (free of charge) and fixed my issue in 24 hours which was great and for less than 200 euro. Im really happy with the Porsche dealer here where I live and have become quite good mates with them.

New post will come in a few weeks when the wheels get painted.
