Only the Tarett Model 986RSBA and H&R Model 71779 bars (rear) are legal for Boxster spec racing.

If the H&R bar is spec legal then it probably is a good match for the Tarett front bar, would be interesting to see where it is in the stiffness spectrum.

I have a spreadsheet, but I think it is in my other computer, that you can plug in the wall thickness, diameter, and hole spacing, and it will give you the precentages of stiffness relative to the OEM bars, similar to this Tarett chart:
