TL;DR: the H&R rear is STIFF
I run H&R rear @ full soft + GT3 front at full soft -1 and it is great for autocross with my RE-71Rs (265r/235f) and ksport coilovers (something like 500#r/300#f).
But I like my cars a little loose.
