Probably, because Rail and everyone else who got a ticket will slow down through there in the future.

Probably. That's why out of all the possible locations, it was chosen for a speed device.

Is the speed limit for that area even appropriate?
Probably, as calculated by the traffic engineers who determined the speed limit in the first place, based on the relevent data.

Who cares?
The mother of the kid on the tricycle.

As such, by no stretch of the imagination do I consider myself a criminal if I get a ticket nor do I believe that speeding is in and of itself immoral. Driving at speeds unsafe for the conditions is criminal....
What you consider yourself is really of little consequence. ..and, I never said that any of you were immoral people. I believe just the opposite. I thorougly enjoy every one of you. I just think when we're caught, we're caught.
