Pete,
I only meant that
in the instance of being caught speeding what you considered yourself was of little consequence (That is what we were talking about). What the governing jurisdiction considers you is the only thing that matters
in the instance of being caught breaking a law of that jurisdiction. I wasn't attempting to make a blanket statement.
