I park in the "good exercise Zone" as RonDog does. Wife does same. Learned the hard way in non-Pcar to avoid the area surround shopping cart returns.
Only problem she had was taking two spaces in an empty lot that filled up after she parked. Some cretin splashed milkshake on it. Coulda been worse, I know.
As far as lot safety goes, not good for women to park next to cars (especially vans) as that makes abduction easier for sickos.
