HiD Light Conversion Kit or Phillips Extreme Vision Bulbs ??

Shame, I wanted to change mine until I read this a couple of months ago. I also have a 2011 Civic Type R with OEM HiDs and they are so much brighter.

I assume the cost of the MOT will increase when these changes come into force later this month to cover the extra work.
