They should open one in NY too and put an enormous toll on it, then all the truckers and cheapskates would be off if it. Every now and then Texas does something that makes me scratch my head but they do some cool things too, NY just tries to tell you how much sugar you can eat and raises property taxes. Just think if every state caught on it would be like going golfing, a weekend drive at warp speed in the Boxster.
