Based on what I'm seeing, I'd suggest replace those spacers with a hub-centric spacer. (You won't find rings that'll work in this application)
I'm pretty concerned about what looks like only a couple of threads that penetrate the hub- threads. I'd be getting longer bolts, or, if you prefer: studs.
