P0410/1411 Bank 1 & 2 below limit
Possible fault cause
♦ Secondary air injection pump is not triggered
♦ Secondary air injection pump does not work
♦ Air supply lines restricted
♦ Electric change-over valve does not function
♦ Air change-over valve does not function
♦ Vacuum system leaking

Start by looking for a vacuum leak. Any of the small tube off. The large hose from change over valve to pump cracked or off. Bad change over valve (This is under the passenger side intake).

Then if it is a valve, in the Air Injection, it's this:


Not a "check" valve.
Another possibility (rare?) is that the passages at the exhaust manifold are clogged. Jager did a great write-up a while back:
