Head to Denver. At night. What I said is relative to the roads everywhere else in North America. I90 through Nebraska, North Dakota is similar. Saskatchewan is even better. I40 is loaded with cops- Arizona, New Mexico-they need the revenue, I've even seen false construction areas there.
