I found an old post about the Cobra Evolution Seat used in your 986 Boxster. I have a Boxster I am currently trying to set up for HPDE and am wondering if you mind me asking a few questions. First, I am very interested in knowing if the seat fit with a full interior. I am taking my autocross car and converting it, so I would like to maintain some minor "street-ability" with the car. ie, drive to and from the track, or run to the store in town. can you comment on visibility with the cobra evolution seat? i am not too concerned as the car is mostly a toy now, but i am curious. also, can you tell me if you ran a harness bar or just used the factory roll hoop. i am not very tall and am concerned about belt angles, but i have been searching and noticed that most people use the factory roll hoop for HPDE cars, and of course proper cages and harness bars for a Spec Boxster?

Hi Steve. I'm looking pads for my Boxster non S 2004. I'm looking at Akebono, EBC Red or Yellow. My car is a street car and sometimes i use it as my daily. Planning next year to do some track day maybe 2 or 3 times a year, mostly to have fun couple of laps. Not planning to compete or do time attacks or anything. What do you recommend me? The EBC Red are low dust, the Yellow not. The Akebonos are all right but 0 track with them.
