Frank Registered User Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: Toms River, NJ Posts: 88	I have filed a court case against them.They have been notified and are given 30 days to respond to the court,then we will go to court.I am hoping they will agree to just let me take my car back without paying them but if not,I have every picture and letter organized and a very strong case against them.If they don't settle,I will am sueing them for more then just getting the car back as well.So we will see what happens.
