What is an average install time, start to finish assuming average mechanical skill and average intelligence (debatable)?
Mine are in this final batch, black Turismo, red angel eyes.

If you have everything you need set up you could do it in a day easy. It took me a few days as I did it after work / in between cooking and kid time

No Chris, he has to make an iPhone connector for the CD-R 23 first!

I'm always bored, Bruce! Even when I'm working on something, I have 4 or 5 projects running in my head.

Do any of those projects include blue flames shooting from my exhaust?

See, I'm never bored because I always have 4 or 5 projects going at once!

Center Lock 'style' is the best. Nice wheel dress-up kit is all they do really

The engineered CLs aren't all that easy to use and maintain I've read many times. Besides, you'd need to re-invent the hub and braking/disc system. Cool = yes..... safe = nope!

Great pic of your 986 right there btw! Our cars somehow never age lolll

Sorry for the late response. Somehow/something/somewhere wiped out my subscription to this thread. I swear I used to have a subscription to this thread... I've reactivated it just now and will keep an eye on that. Same for the others threads in the DIY section, but fine on some others e.g General section. Weird.... I'm possibly banned who knows loll (fingers crossed)

Someone told me they launch the sales of GT Projectors at the beginning of May. Check again in a week!!! Also heard Pelican plans to keep a little space for the launch at the very bottom of their newsletter... in small letters... just under the unsubscribe newsletter link I think loll

Subscribe to the Pelican Newsletter if you want to be notified before the others

Yes, they are plug and play. I still have my stock lights if I ever wanted to go back to stock.

Anybody know were i can get these LED headlight strips.

Looked all over for them.

Would i be able to fit those LED strip lights in my headlight that has two seperate amber lenses.

It seem that the headlight that uses this led strip does not have the headlight divided with two bottom
lenses. it's all like one piece. not sure

Taste aside, you must not have been looking very hard. Those headlights all over eBay (from $2000-3000 US) and the general consensus is that they're garbage and your best bet is to avoid them.

Yes, they would be plug-and-play. Litronics have the normal headlight connector and a separate connector for the Lit level controller. You would just install the standard retrofitted headlights and leave the second Lit controller connector tied back. If you wanted to revert to Litronics, just reinstall them and plug the level controller connector back into the Litronic headlights.

Edit: Bruce beat me to it.

Thanks guys, I had assumed that I would end with codes / CEL problems. Rather than waiting for a Litronics kit I may just pick some nice halogen lights for a retrofit.

I would image Fred's projectors would cover the adjustment range of my moving eyes anyway
