Charles, you must be able to crack those headlights open in your sleep after doing that many of them.

Vivo in gunmetal with amber angel eyes
Martin - this crazy Luminoso kit is 'finally' on its way to Vancouver mate. Fingers crossed buddy and sincere apologies for the delay.
Go Go Supercar stuff man, think you'll like those
And those Vivo are quite special. Why? because of the amber lighting. Not sure what happened to me recently but I am all going amber gaga for some reason. You have to admit this is quite unique.
Huge thanks to William (Strachan)!

Looks better than I thought it was going too. Great work Fred!
PS ..... He amber idea stemmed from you when we discussed amber turn signals. I just applied it to the lights and calipers.
Pics when all is installed!

Not many, not enough, too little. I am getting closer to call it a FAIL in my mission to exterminate the old, ineffective, hot and massive current demanding bulbs (aka T. Edison halogen).
Maybe we don't sell those kits expansive enough?! The old 1994 era optics Litroblitz headlights sells better still today at $2,000 a pair
A reputable and USA based marketing guru once advise me to raise the price from that silly $300 up to $1500. The more expansive it is = the better (typical consumers said lol). He was so correct, I didn't listen

I hope it's not going to turn into the famous artist thing, where it's only appreciated once it's gone. That would be a massive shame. After 8 years of ownership, and many mods, your headlights are at the top of my list for bang for the buck. You should be proud. Keep your head up, and let's forge ahead to exterminate the halogens!!

We have Charles! Fred, maybe your gtprojectors website needs to make it patently obvious to those on the fence that there's an installer out there that can do the job for those that don't want to do it themselves!

I sure hope Pelican keeps them at the same price. I wish I had paid attention to this thread sooner and bought a pair before you stopped.
Can we still go to your website to order them?

You can no longer order them through the website. It directs you to go to Pelican. No way they can keep the ridiculously low price.

I'll be honest, I have no idea how much Pelican Parts are going to retail those kits for. And I can't imagine them to be $1,500 lollll so I wouldn't worry mate. Whatever they think they worth, that is going to be the (their) price. Nothing I can do about that
You all know about Pelican Parts' backstage; they have been helping the community and have done so since day1 (FREE DIY, books, exclusive offers, etc etc). Of course they are also running a business but you have to agree that their services/prices have been just & fair ever since and that for every fella pcar owners. That philosophy and pricing should remain for the projector kits also.
To be real.... they know you guys like those kits and that is the whole idea behind Pelican taking over control of this product (professionally). From what I understood, they are not making "me" a favor, they are doing this for you guys (their loyal customers).
Same as you all, I'll find out all about the details at the same time as you do. Can't wait in all honesty, very curious myself believe me.
Below is what listed on the GTP site. Please do not PM me - can't change what's done already
Stock Availability Notice: This kit will soon be available exclusively from Pelican Parts this coming Spring 2015. For enquiries and/or to preorder your kit, please get in touch with the sales team at Pelican Parts by telephone 1-888-280-7799 or by using their Message Center

I had three guys interested here, they said they are going to wait until I open up the headlight chickens I tell ya. I work on overhead cranes for a living some cost over a million and most will cause death if they fail. If I can fix those a silly little porsche headlight is child's play as I always say if all else fails hit it with a hammer that will fix it

Fred I love your lights, its just that it is hard to walk away from a perfectly good and functional set of factory litronics. Had been thinking about trying yours anyway, just to change things up a bit, but would mean getting some "donor" headlights also.
Do I understand correctly that if I want something a bit custom wrt to the engraved script, I would need to order directly from you or your site prior to March 1? Anyway, thanks for your efforts and contributions.

Your car front-end looks totally changed from that angle, nicely done.

Installer Question
Been looking at this thread and like the look of the lights over what my 2004 986 S has (plain old headlights).
I am a 'bit' shy about trying to do an install like this myself, and read there are people out there who will do professional installs - is this true, and will it continue to be true now that Pelican Parts is the distributor?
Also, read in the thread about the color of the angel eyes and potential for some colors to not be street legal - is there a recommended color (I was thinking blue / blueish as my choice)...
Thanks

Nah I'm sure it will be perfectly fine to request custom anything to Pelican after March 1st. May involve a few weeks waiting period and/or additional cost but I'm sure they'll be able to help you out. Let's see what their plan is, I'm not being told much atm... guess I'll find out at the same time as you guys (their stuff, nothing to do with me).
Firm on and agreed: I'm taking away the Add-to-Cart function off that GTP site on March 1st for the projector kits. They'll be "Exclusively available from Pelican only". Anyone wanting a kit will need to deal with them directly. Same goes for my mate here in Japan who enjoy reselling those, he'll need to import them. Same-game-for-everyone, no no undercut and all (do not contact me for a 'special' deal, won't work!).
PELICAN PARTS= Warranty, spare parts, xx days refund, top quality support, whatever their current policy is or will be, those kits will fall within those lines, etc. Cheaper shipping cost as well lol
Proper retail and customer support for you guys finally!
