If thats all the power you can handle, I would install a 4.0 litre M96 engine.

OE engine rebuilt,3.6 litre LN Engineering billet sleeves,triple row IMSB,LN rods. Deep sump oil pan with DT40 oil.

People are getting 700+ hp out of 2.7T's.

Mustang gt350 coyote v8, with that sound.
On the cheap just a recording of that exhaust note coming out of speakers where the exhaust tips are
