Oddly enough there's a 5 inch deviation from the front of the hood to the back with this stripe. I wish I would of increased that. Hardly noticeable 😐

love it...
I wonder which color you pick for the outlines. photoshop can save time

I kinda like your lighter masking tape outlines
Is your vinyl gray or almost beige? Looks really good with red, you should keep it. Now the only question is the outline color.

It's supposed to be silver, the color of wheels but it looks beige. I'm liking the black edging.

Unless it's easily removed, photo shop with the black soft top up ... and down, for the full effect.

With the top off Ill only have the hood to be concerned about. I'm going to use 3M vinyl wrap. "Supposed" to be able to removed.

I thought the subtil divergence was intended. Hardly noticeable, but enough to see the extra effort. Looks really nice. But I am sure you cannot sit still until you get it the way you want it.
I have almost no choice with my fixed vinyl width...I can only hope it suits my idea of a perfect Proportion on the hood, we will see. BTW...the next week it is getting even colder in Germany...wth is going on

It was intended. Its from 17" to 22". I meant I probably should of went more. Too slight I'm afraid. Supposed to be 60F degrees here all next week.

Went to 1/2 stripe on the edge. Looks better than the fine line. Trying to match the silver in the headlights and the wheels.

I may have missed this in a previous thread. When you first got your car, the wheels looked like a darker gunmetal grey (which I think look amazing with the Guards Red). Did you paint them to a lighter colour? I'm thinking of going to a darker grey on my turbo twist wheels ...

perhaps think about stepping the pinstripes off the centre stripe so as to leave some red in between, like this ...

Great Job, JB, looks very promising
I would leave out (like you did) the little windscreen part, which will look nicer when back to regular TOP.
But I would do the little hatch part above the rear window.
Is the middle stripe the same size on the frunk? Width?
And what are those...

Thanks! The stripes start at 12" to 15" hood, 15" top then back to 12' at the rear. Those things are my hatch latches When painted the correct red, soon, I'm hoping they will blend it more. Long story. Hatch fitting mistake
