Myriad of electrical problems

So earlier the boxster was failing to start, i replaced the ignition switch then immediately the immobilizer started having problems. it would cycle locking and unlocking the doors even with the key out. i opened it up, found corrosion, took it to my local motherboard shop, they cleaned it up using iso and another chemical (which i forgot) and gave it back shiny new.

It solved the door cycling issue and the car starts right up no problems but now i have no control over the windows. if i put the top down the car will roll the windows down a third of the way and it will roll the windows back up after i close the top but i have no function at the window switch. now to be honest i was having an intermittent window problem before fixing the immobilizer board

and the spoiler is stuck in up position

the airbag light is on (when i scanned the car earlier this month i did receive a code for passenger door airbag but it wasnt triggering the airbag light then)

the central locking is no longer working

any ideas?
