Top, windows, all switches, turn signals, seat memory, etc. are all linked through the immobilizer.

Not sure about the spoiler, though.

Thanx i had a nightmare that all those things were run through the immobilizer, now i know

The immobilizer box under the seat is actually called the central locking unit/module. Make sure that the connections are clean on the plugs and that none of the wires have corroded through.
The padding under the carpet us like a big foam sponge. Get it dried out as much as possible.
