You know you drive a Boxster when...

You know you drive a Boxster when your mishap is accidentally putting the ice cream in the rear trunk at the grocery store! Don't ask me how I know this.

You know you drive a Boxster when..."you look at it in the driveway, and cannot wait to have to go somewhere in your car again."

You know you drive a Boxster when you find yourself going into the garage just to look at your Boxster

You know you have a Boxster when you just bought it and found out about the IMS issue, then spend the next few months worrying about whether you should replace it or not...

... you know more people on 986forum.com than on Facebook.
... driving 15-miles to work is torture, but driving 300-miles to the Tail of the Dragon is fun.
... you know spending an entire weekend washing and polishing the car is time well spent.
... you try to get the best MPG out of your SUV, but will take a 4-hour drive to nowhere in the Boxster.
... you talk about "de-ambering" and "de-snorkeling" and you expect listeners to just "understand"
... your wife tells her friends how much time you spend with "the other woman", and she's not talking about an extra-marital affair.

When you think of switching to a 911 might be a mistake.

When you'd rather be out driving than standing around in a parking lot talking with other owners about how cool you are because you own one.

When you have to explain why it's not a girls car.
When you try and explain why it's more balanced then the 911.

When every yahoo in a pickup truck, hopped-up Civic, or Firebird feels obligated to drive aggressively when they see you.

When you are at Costco and have the trunk and the frunk open and people ask, “Where’s the engine”?

And you tell them, "It's electric". And they say, "Oooohhhh."
