We have found the leak at last. Having removed the heater core and the heater box the leak is entering via the black panel that is bonded to the bulkhead wall. Now the problem of how to fix it. Try to remove the panel without damaging everything or seal the panel as it is. If you have any advice on this I would be grateful. Nick
Quick question about my evaporator leak that you helped me with yesterday....I looked at the current airbox assembly and I can see the "Valeo" sticker on it it says AC REG H34 CAG.....I looked at Pelican and they sell the Valeo for roughly $650.....versus $1700 for Porsche genuine.....does this mean that this has already been replaced at some point with the Valeo unit and it has failed or was Valeo the original brand....I'd hate to put in another Valeo if the longevity is not there....not sure if you can answer that but I'm a new owner and you certainly know way more than I do.
