Look at this, should the oil level be even with the bottom of the oil pump opening?

could pump pickup at the bottom of the valve cover plugged or is this normal?

Smoke looks bluish so its probably excess oil going through the engine.

Have you checked the plugs?

If one cylinder is darker then it might be a ring or valve problem.

If all are equally colored then its probably some excess oil getting into the induction system somehow.

Overfilled oil could also be suspect especially if you did any oil change or top ups right before it started.

Yes they are all oil fouled
