If the reason for replacement is a leaking Bleeder Valve , it is usually because of failed "O" rings(2) .These can be replaced for pennies. There is a post elsewhere on this.Part of the diagnosis is to wrap each component of the Coolant tank in cling film to see where the condensation occurs.That pinpoints the problem(s).
If the tank has cracked ,I have no better suggestion than a new one from Pelican.
