I kinda get the feeling not many folks are going to be headed to the track mid-week. Sure, knock out your post and put sunset up again...though that really is a nice picture, I had to save it.

Does an autocross count as a track event? There are quite a few autocrosses going on this weekend.

Ok, folks, we're back to:
Boxster at sunset (I'll also say at sunrise...not really going to be able to tell the difference, I would think)
Whoever successfully posts up that picture may suggest the racetrack again if they really want to see it or another challenge if they so choose.
To answer the question made, as far as I'm concerned, not that I'm the Dictator Grand Poo-Bah of this thread by any means, putting up cones in a parking lot for a legit AutoX counts as a racetrack/-course for me. Whoever posts up the challenges has to give the specifics of what they want to see.

Sunset in Vesilahti, Finland.
Edit: And my call for the next picture is a Boxster next to an air-cooled VW Bug.

Nice job from another part of the world, ketsa!
Please go back and edit your post to put the next challenge in bold (see rules in the thread's first post), and be prepared to meet your own challenge if someone does not do so in the next 48 hours.
...I'm kind of kicking myself right now because I could have taken that very picture yesterday next to a '63 Beetle.

Hey folks, did you even try?
No problems, I will go and catch a bug tomorrow morning and get my second score.

Went by all the nearby VW repair shops last night on my way home from a dinner outing. Not a single one parked outside.

Hey, everyone, sorry, was out for most of the weekend in Philly, good to see the pics came through in time. Sasha055, you definitely got lucky. So, anyone doing maintenance this weekend? (silly question, I know... someone's doing maintenance this weekend for sure)

I knew my challenge would be easy.. Should've asked for " Boxster with the naked woman and donkey in the background !"
But then again.. Johnny Danger would've won that easily

Well yeah, it's easy when you're someone like tommy986 who owns both, lol.
So where's our Boxster on jack stands, folks?

Ok, tommy986, in about 4 hours, provided someone doesn't put up a picture of their car on jack stands, you'll have 24 hours to knock this one out yourself to retain your latest point.

Is that a road or a parking lot?

I'm inclined to agree. ProjectM96, I think we need an actual road, doesn't mean you can't edit your post and still get the point, though. Go go go.
We're still on

I thought a parking lot is a road since it was made for cars to drive on and also have speed limits.
Anyways, here is another one from when I first got the car. It is a small side road that actually leads to a luxurious neighborhood with huge houses. Weird.

Lol, ok, I think we'll take that, and this may be a time for me to make a tweak to the rules regarding having to go out to take the pictures. Let's just keep it at it having to be your car, and we'll say it has to be a recent picture, say within the last year. I think it'll make life a little easier on folks for when less common things come along like being on jack stands or at a racetrack, but that won't totally eliminate the possibility of people having to go out and take pictures specifically to meet these thread challenges
Not to thread-jack myself (that even possible? ), but ProjectM96, I just noticed you're in Philly. I'd be curious to see where this road is. Also, do you by any chance live in south Philly anywhere in the neighborhood of South St.? I was just in Philly last weekend and saw a 986 parked on the street, but it was at night so I couldn't tell if it was black or blue. Feel free to PM me so we don't crowd the thread with irrelevant stuff.
OK, point to ProjectM96, now we're looking for a Boxster with a girl
(I find that this latest challenge is quite open to interpretation, so let's keep it tasteful, folks. Johnny Danger, I'm looking mostly in your direction should you happen to be following this thread...and/or want a point. )
