There was someone on rennlist (I think) that clear coated, then sanded the projector lens smooth. The OEM lens is actually a diffusing lens with circular grooves cut into it, giving it a dull and hazy beam pattern. Why? I have no idea.
Also, with Lits, you never get the full HID beam because half of it is permanently blocked. Lit high beams are just standard halogen, though the HID beam is tilted up slightly (still only half a beam, though).
You never get the full xenon light output like you do with bi-xenons.
