Yup, I did. We're engaged in the beginning of a dialog.... and i broached the topic with my wife this evening over ice cream. ;-)

(That's her sister in the background, in from Seattle, had to see how Mormons eat ice cream)

(I hope I haven't offended anyone, I have relatives that are Mormons in Utah, and they joke about all their kids so I'm hoping nobody will get spun up!).

Does anybody here KNOW JamesParker4? I'm getting some really odd, seemingly-shady-activity vibes from him right now. There MIGHT be other explanations for the behavior, so I'm allowing for that, and simply asking if anyone here knows him or has any experience with him?

ok; DEFINITELY shady.

Unless Jamesparker4 would like to defend himself here, (which I'd prefer he do so I don't have to keep thinking bad things about him) I'm going to warn other forum members away from him altogether.

Again; if he can demonstrate a reasonable explanation for his behavior over private messages, then I'll retract this altogether. But right now I don't see a plausible explanation that would make me feel like he isn't looking to prey on the unsuspecting forum members here.

Now, perhaps you're not internet savvy, and so this can be overlooked. But the description you sent of this car does not match the car's image, NOR is what you described in any fashion a Spec Boxster.

So, Please, explain to us how this isn't a scam where you're pulling stock images off of the internet, hoping someone will send you money, and then you disappear with it?

It's a scam. That is a photo of a BSR build by Patrick Motorsports. The photo can be found through a Google image search of "spec boxster build".
