If you do your own wrenching, most of the problems are maintenance that is to be expected on 24 year old car... that has not been taken care of.
It is worrying that the trunk struts need replacing and that the filters are dirty, these are easy things to do and would indicate an owner who doesn't care about the car... and is a bit dim not to see to these details in order to help to sell it.
