Not a Porsche Specialist though i have worked on lots of vehicles. Honestly looks like youd be in for one hell of a bill with the suspension component replacements AND multiple leaks they have, could possibly lead to an engine tear down which is not cheap. It comes down to whether or not you actually want to invest quite a bit of money into it or not but id personally say no.
Update: I completely skipped over the price they want it for LOL yea 100% no. that is not worth more than 4000 CAD on a good day with a perfect exterior
