The small fitting just above and to the right slightly from the one with the red plastic cap/

In their product manual, Actron describes that adapter as the Ford fitting. It just so happens that glow shift makes a custom coupler for Ford fuel rails with a 1/8npt female for a pressure sensor! Many thanks!
