So assuming this is a "standard" schrader valve, here are the dimensions for the thread - 0.305****in (7.747****mm) x 32****TPI[4]****(1⁄32****in or 0.7938****mm****pitch) also regret to as an 8v1-32. Good Lord, I've never seen a thread designation like that. Who comes up with this ****************?!?! Amazon has taps in that thread but no adapters. 8mx.75 would be the closest thing in a metric equivalent but adapters on that thread size are also nearly non-existent. Here's the link to the glow shift product -
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09J1MT52X/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_3?smid=A3Q5L29ROA0I31&psc=1. There's a similar one on eBay as well.
The good news here is that if this information is correct, then any high quality valve stem cap can be used to replace the one on the fuel rail (which costs over $10 from our forum supporter!).
Btw, something else I learned. With a schrader valve, the internal valve is actually only considered to be an access or service point. It is not actually considered to be the primary seal. The o-ring in the cap is the primary seal. This is why it should be replaced if manipulated on our car. Ya learn something new every day!
