The 17" version of the split Sport Design and Sport Classic are not cosmetic as such. They don't have fake bolts. They are simply a single piece wheel with the same wheel face design.

Are the 17's 2-pc or not? (The ones I've seen are not). And if they are NOT, then what purpose do the bolts serve? "Cool", as starter986 said. Which makes them merely cosmetic, as I said.
