I don't know if it's a electrical or mechanical problem. If it's electrical I'm thinking about disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it to see if it clears the problem but if it mechanical I do not know what to do.

Hi,
I assume you have a TipS as you mention "...
In Park". If so, try putting the Car in Neutral and see if that helps, also, make sure to depress the Brake Pedal and see that you're between steering locks on the steering wheel. Hope this helps...
