so... which one you take/want? The superiority complex or the inferiority one? I'll let you chose first cuz I pretty had both pretty mixed up myself since many years now LOL

Oh and let's see that spoiler, please

Here you go, happy New year!! I think this is what you are looking for:

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=111336423148

In black too:
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=111336423295

Probably marked up because of the low supply.

I really want a set of led taillights for my Boxster too but $300+ is too much. The horror!

Maybe I'll end up buying the depo.

Particlewave,

These are exactly what you are looking for:

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=121345961185

For the low price of $1,349.99. at least the shipping is free.

^ That is too funny

Thanks for the links! I've contacted websites and ebay sellers and it seems the red Dectane lights are in short supply for the time being, hence the ridiculously high ebay price (that guy doesn't actually have any, so he sets the price high enough that no one will buy).

Hey there's some 90's tech LED tails for sale on Craigslist under Vancouver BC, Dec 27. And quite affordable at $175 all in! He's in Chilliwack and a real switched on dude. Get the crap outa BC please!
His no. is 604-819-1228 Brad

I could scoop them up and sell them for more but as long as they're out of BC I'm happy. Oh and he's been trying to pass the junk off for a year or more! You guys have no clue about style- really

Do you have a point? Are you trying to show that I've contradicted myself? I haven't- Dectane LED tails are gross, tacky and they had their 'flash in the pan' glory long ago. They're actually retro but before the masses see them that way--JUNK! BMW dated them in 2003 with their 540 LED tails. Let the 90's go boys...

Moving on...
Fred, your spoiler looks pretty nice. One of the better I've seen.
I have some sketches on paper, but still need to do some foam mock-ups before buying the fiberglass.

Lol of course.
I love the "Subaru Powered" with the Recaro seats, then the roll cage topping it all off.

So impure.

What a thread! All it needs now is mention of felines and a comment about IMS upgrade options.

The weirdness is definitely out today. I'm going to call it an early night

Love and peace to all, even our woodsy!
This world would be a boring place if we all shared the same tastes/opinions.

I think suncoast, I got one for my previous car that said boxster. I'm not entirely sure though as this one came with the car.

Any spoiler added to a Boxster will someday be removed. This is because the car's shape doesn't invite additions. When you add something on top of a gracious curve it's like a wart begging to be seen. Good design never forgets the whole picture and controls what takes center stage and what takes a back seat. To the uneducated eye, shall we say, within the realm of the mundane, the latest addition always looks swell. Enduring beauty doesn't have 'additions', think Jaguar E-type, Porsche 904, 901/911, 928, Ferrari 599, Chrysler 1934 Airflow etc.. These cars were complete when they left the factory and were designed by real pro's. On the 986 notice how the body curves under all the way around the car. It's details like this that make a car what it is. So before glueing a piece of plastic or fiberglass on take a step back and imagine it's affect on the 'whole'.
Of course, you may now proceed doing what you were going to do...:ah:
