I just hit 120,000 miles on my 2000 S, the last 2 years it has been mostly track (HPDE starting in the beginner group and easing my way along the progression of run groups) and autocross.

I kind of baby it, I don't like to go above 6,500 and on track I usually shift between 6,100-6,250.

New clutch, dual row IMS bearing at 103,000, coolant bottle, AOS, various things replaced by previous owner (I bought it at 103,000). Since I have had it I had one breakdown, failed crank position sensor.

Mods:
Oil pressure & temp gauges
UD Pulley
160 Low temp thermostat and new WP
2nd cat delete pipes
Just got GT3 LCA installed up front (-2.2 camber, zero toe) and rennline tow links in back (-1.6 camber, smidgen of toe in)
Just this morning finished installation of LN 2 QT deep sump kit. Oil pan was clean with a *very* few small plastic bits.

Has been reliable so far. The only "worry" point is the cam deviations, they are both right at -6. They are steady and are not increasing at an appreciable rate (I had a scare one time when I checked them without the car being warmed up and thought they were getting worse at a rapid rate). I talked with a respected mechanic that has been through training with Jake Raby and Tony Callas and he said when they get to -9 and the CEL comes on then call him. So that was good enough for me.
