Irrespective, the point of all this is that the guy got a ticket for a violation that he deserved. The rest is just whinning about how he got picked on. If you think there should not be tint laws, call your local poliiticiian and get a lesson how responsive THEY are to your needs.
If the guy got a ticket for a violation that he didn't do, he would have a legitimate beef.
