Chills,
I talked to him last night regarding the kit & what he decided to do was (1) package an entire kit and (2) package a kit with just the fascia or faceplate, custom support bracket & the heat shield for those who have already done the install, but will sell any part(s) that people need. He's still working on the pricing cause the need for kit is relatively low so he can't buy in bulk yet to get a good price. In addition, his dilemma is that the kit has to be reasonable price to move as well. But the guy is an animal, I can't he got rid of most the parts in a matter of a couple of weeks. He's been working with Porsche Clubs & custom shops that is in 200 miles radius from our place. He said he'll have it on Ebay either tonight or tomorrow for people interested.

Thanks
When he posts it on eBay can you put a note here for the guys waiting. Can you also put some key words to find it on eBay.
On a related note, I need some help finding a wiring harness to connect to the car wiring. I'm on the fence if I'm going to do the Pioneer DVD in this post or a flip up model (I hate the idea of losing my cup holders) - sound and video is more important.
I've been searching eBay and can't find the harness for the head unit. I also need a connector for the amp - I'm planning on swapping that out as well but using the stock wiring. I installed JL Audio 6.5 inch subs in the door already and I'm using the stock wiring for those speakes.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
-Steve

If you can provide the name & model of the system you're looking into, I can go ahead and do a little digging for you on the wire harness. Personal, I would go for an in-dash unit. Less mechanical moving parts = less problems (in most cases).

Excellent. Just let me know when he's got the pricing set and I'll send him the money and my shipping address.

Same here. I am on the fence in regards to purchasing this kit and a D3 unit or just to go with a much simpler single DIN setup. Pricing and availability of this kit will help make that decision.
Thanks

Well got the wiring instructions with photo, you're probably wondering about the rest of the instructions. It's coming tonight, bare with me, you won't be disappointed.
