I don't know if it would help (in time), but I could send a 7.2 DME, key fob, and M535 box if you want to check it by swapping out the set. I forget what year car you have. Buy it or borrow it....

I've been surprised how often grounds are overlooked. There is a grounding point to the right of the DME mount (if you are facing forward) and the main engine ground from the lower starter bolt to the SAI blower bracket.
