AOS Catch Can

Watched MotorWeek this week and there was a segment on installing AOS catch cans.
I see Moroso has a Universal version.
I'm wondering if this could be installed on a 986 between AOS and TB?
Would there be any real benefits?
Could it help if an AOS goes bad preventing the Intake from getting flooded with oil?
I know there are some DIYs on here related
