Gelbster Registered User Join Date: May 2014 Location: S.California Posts: 2,029	It sounds as if your vacuum is normal. The difficulty with overcoming the vacuum when you try to remove the oil-filler cap indicates that the diaphragm of the AOS has failed. Suggest you " Search " AOS failure before you proceed -it is a frequent subject.
