How do you intentionally make the spoiler always stay up?

Track car: 99 Boxster

As per my fuse diagram, I pulled fuse D7 in hopes of keeping the spoiler permanently stuck in the upward position. However, the spoiler still retracts upon deceleration below 50 MPh. How do I truly stop it from retracting?




Since I haven't uploaded a picture of my Boxster in a while, here ya go!
