I'm having a similar stumble while driving and occasionally at idle with my 01 S.

It all started after my AOS failure a couple weeks ago. I replaced the AOS and also the MAF and it seemed to improve the idle stumble but I still get the stumble / hesitation while cruising around 50 mph or at about 5000 rpm when accelerating heavily.

I am also getting wrong readings from the electronic dipstick that reads low in varying degrees when the oil level is really one bar under full.

No codes being thrown which seems odd.
