From another site regarding 1126, 1133;

Since the problem indicates both sides of the engine - it is likely getting a bad MAF signal. You can try cleaning it - but may need to replace it.
P1128 = Oxygen Sensing Adaptation, Idle Range, Bank 1 - Above Limit
P1130 = Oxygen Sensing Adaptation, Idle Range, Bank 2 - Above Limit

Common factors are MAF, air filter, vacuum leak, fuel pressure, just to name a few.
Fuel/air mix...
