You must have had an inexperienced or unmotivated driver in that Elise. Otherwise, I don't buy it.

The Elise weighs 1,975lbs., the Boxster S - 3,118lbs. The Elise goes 0-60 in 4.9 sec., the Boxster S - 5.5 sec. The Elise must push 10.5lbs/HP, the Boxster S - 12.4lbs./HP.

It simply doesn't add up on paper...
